At Kids Ladder, your satisfaction and your child’s safety are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will provide a free replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

5. Return Process

All returns are processed within Egypt.

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Kids Ladder will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items.

  • Incorrect items sent by mistake.

  • Size or model changes (subject to availability and shipping fees).

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping at no cost.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and shipping fees may apply.
