Thank you for shopping with Kids Ladder. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders across Egypt.


1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and main districts (Markaz) within Egypt, excluding North Sinai.

Please note that we do not offer direct delivery to rural villages. If your address is located in a rural area, your order can be shipped to the nearest main district (Markaz) hub, and you will need to pick it up from there.

If your area is outside our standard delivery zones, our team will contact you to confirm availability and shipping arrangements.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation once your order is prepared for shipment.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Major cities & Main Districts: 3–6 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions and location.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Current courier rates

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery in most serviceable areas across Egypt.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery/pickup.
  • Please ensure the correct amount is available.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You may receive a tracking number (if available).
  • Our team may contact you to confirm delivery details.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery to the provided address or agreed pickup point.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you.

Repeated failed delivery/pickup attempts may result in order cancellation.


8. Incorrect Address or Refused Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If:

  • The address is incorrect or unserviceable, or
  • The order is refused upon delivery without a valid reason,

the customer may be responsible for shipping and return fees.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please inform the courier immediately.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
